Spark Photo is a corporate photography and video business in Brussels. We photograph teams at their offices, and we film interviews and face-to-camera videos for companies, law firms, institutions and NGOs. Since 2010.
Spark Photo was founded by Louis David, a corporate photographer in Brussels since 2010. Louis leads every project, with trusted photographers and a videographer who join the team when the job needs it. We work in French and English.
WHAT WE DO
Headshots that look like the person
Most people don't like being photographed. Our job is to get their real smile, the one their colleagues know. We give simple direction as we shoot, and we show each person their photos on screen as we go, so they choose the ones they like before we pack up.
At your offices, we bring a professional backdrop and lighting and set up in a meeting room, from a small team to 60 people in one day. In our studio, we take individual portraits for professionals who need a new photo for LinkedIn or the company website.
Each person receives up to three finished portraits, ready for your website, LinkedIn profiles and annual report. From €395 plus €50 per person, excluding VAT.
Interview and face-to-camera video
Short videos with your experts and leaders, for your website and social media. We film at your offices with two cameras and a teleprompter, and we help you prepare the questions or the script. You receive the edited video in horizontal or vertical format.
Your headshots and your videos can come from the same team, with one contact from planning to delivery.

Frequently asked questions
How much do corporate headshots cost in Brussels?
A base fee of €395, plus €50 per person for the first 10 people, €40 per person for people 11 to 30, and €30 per person from the 31st. For example, 10 people cost €895 and 30 people cost €1,695. Prices exclude VAT.
Do you come to our offices?
Yes. Travel fees within Brussels are €50. Elsewhere in Belgium we charge €0.90 per kilometer, and shoots outside Belgium are quoted on request.
How long does a headshot session take?
Up to 2 hours for 10 people, up to 4 hours for 30 people and a full day for 60 people. Larger groups are quoted on request.
Can we see the photos during the headshot session?
Yes. Each person sees their photos on screen as we shoot and tells us which ones they like.
How much time does a speaker need for a video?
For a 2-minute face-to-camera video, plan about an hour in front of the camera. That gives us enough takes to choose the best one, especially for speakers who are new to the camera.
Do you help prepare the video?
Yes. On request, we help write the questions or the script and prepare the speaker before filming.
How much does event photography cost in Brussels?
The first hour costs €395 and each additional hour €130, excluding VAT.
A 2-hour event costs €525 and a 4-hour event €785. Travel within Brussels is €50.
Can you send photos during the event?
Yes. We can deliver a selection of images during the event for your press release and social media, from €50.
Do you photograph industrial sites?
Yes. We photograph factories, construction sites, labs and teams at work.
Every industrial shoot is quoted on request, based on the site, the time needed and the number of images.
How fast are event photos delivered?
Within three business days. Delivery within 24 hours and images during the event are available as options.
Do you work in French?
Yes, we work in French and English.
